我是一位僑居加拿大三十多年的伍姓華僑, 為了提高伍氏家族人的聲望及團結, 感到有需要設立一個可讓全世界伍氏宗親方便聯絡及溝通的渠道. 讓伍氏子弟, 尤其是海外出生的, 有一資料庫及歷史可尋根及加深認識先祖的豐功偉績的一個聚腳點.
我已聯絡好了世界伍氏宗親總會, 並提出了方案, 建立一個多語文(中,英,法,西班牙文...)正式官方網站以供全世界伍氏家族的成員及子弟分享全世界各地伍氏堂所或公所的活動及消息. 為了盡量減低開支, 現盼能招攬各方人才作義工合作把這一有意義的工程做好.

I am of the Ng's (or called Eng's or Wu's) family clan and have been living in Canada more than 30 years. In order to promote our family clan and let our next generation to learn more about their home family as well as their roots, I propose to create an official website we can call "home" for all of us to share info. and exchange contacts.
